Data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for storage ceases to apply, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Cookies and Similar Storage

This website uses only a limited number of cookies and similar browser storage mechanisms. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or social media tracking tags on the website.

Duration: until you change the setting or clear local storage. Prior consent is not required for this storage entry because it only records your privacy choice.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: loaded only on the contact page to protect the form from abuse. Cloudflare may use cookies or comparable browser signals as part of that security check. Category: necessary. Prior consent is not requested because the service is used solely to secure the contact form.
  • Google Analytics: loaded only after you actively consent via the cookie banner or cookie settings. If enabled, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies such as _ga and a property-specific GA4 cookie to distinguish visits and measure aggregated usage. Category: analytics. Prior consent is required.

You can open at any time to grant, refuse, or withdraw consent for Google Analytics. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics will no longer be loaded on future page views and existing analytics cookies created on this domain are deleted where technically possible by our consent script.

Browser controls

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings and delete stored cookies there. Please note that disabling necessary cookies or comparable storage mechanisms may affect contact form protection and other security-related functions.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are provided locally by this website. No connection to Google is established merely for font delivery, and no personal data is transmitted to Google through font loading on this website.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics is not loaded automatically. It is loaded only if you consent to analytics via the cookie banner or cookie settings.

If you consent, Google may process usage data such as pages viewed, approximate device and browser information, referrer information, and IP-derived technical data in order to provide aggregated statistics about how the website is used. We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymization.

Contact

If you contact us via email or through the contact form, your name, email address, message content, and any other information you provide will be processed to handle your request.

Contact form submissions are sent to our office email address through Microsoft Graph for delivery and processing. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, depending on the nature of your request.

Your data will be deleted once your request has been fully processed, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Server data

For technical reasons, the following data may be collected:

  • browser type and version
  • operating system
  • referring website
  • visited pages
  • date and time of access
  • IP address

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in stability and security).

Retention periods for technical logs depend on the operational settings of the infrastructure and security services used to run the website.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact page to protect the contact form from automated abuse, spam, and malicious submissions.

Turnstile is loaded only when the contact form is displayed. As part of the verification process, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, and interaction signals required to determine whether a request originates from a human user.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in securing the contact form and preventing abuse. We treat Turnstile as technically necessary for the secure operation of the form and therefore do not block it via the analytics consent banner.
